AT&T Wins $1 Billion Air Force Computer Acquisition Center Hanscom Contract

The United States Air Force Computer Acquisition Center (AFCAC) at Hanscom AFB, MA awarded AFCAC 251 Contract to AT&T. The contract is a multi-mini computer requirements-state of the art relational data base and PC based workstation for more than 1 million users worldwide. AT&T Senior Vice President David Carbaugh, reported directly to AT&T Chairman Robert Allen and Larry Hales the business development consultant conferred with both and learned a model for integrity and intelligent insight to issues.

S3 LTD Wins $800 million contract from Defense

William Casanova, President of S3 Limited a minority owned firm hired Hales as the company business development consultant the results was historical. The company grew to more than 1,700 employees with offices throughout the USA.

Computer Dynamics wins $150 million contract with the Navy and wins another contract to install computers inside the White House.
