AT&T Wins $1 Billion Air Force Computer Acquisition Center Hanscom Contract

The United States Air Force Computer Acquisition Center (AFCAC) at Hanscom AFB, MA awarded AFCAC 251 Contract to AT&T. The contract is a multi-mini computer requirements-state of the art relational data base and PC based workstation for more than 1 million users worldwide. AT&T Senior Vice President David Carbaugh, reported directly to AT&T Chairman Robert Allen and Larry Hales the business development consultant conferred with both and learned a model for integrity and intelligent insight to issues.
